Melu Crochet Guide: Extended Double Crochet/ Extended Single Crochet (ExDc/ExSc)

This is a longer stitch than double crochet, useful when stepping up a level but keeping the stitch quite tight. This is a UK extended double, which is the same as a US extended single.

ExDc/ExSc: Insert the hook into indicated stitch, yarn over, and pull up a loop. Yarn over, pull through first loop on hook (2 loops left on hook). Yarn over,  pull through both loops on hook.

I’d love to see your creations! Don’t forget to add #melucrochet when you post your photos 🙂
