Melu Crochet: Sidestep Bobble Pom Pom Wrap

I designed this large wrap as I wanted something that I could cozy up with – it’s like a blanket you can wear! It is aimed at confident beginners and for people that want a relaxing, repetitive project that keeps your attention because of the colour changes and the cool way the bobble pom poms match the colour of the stripes!

You may have read in my earlier post that I was using Facebook groups to communicate with pattern testers and gave you the chance to get involved. Well we have all wrapped up (!) now and my fabulous testers have not disappointed!

It was a really constructive, thoughtful group that got together on this test, from all over the world. They helped each other and gave me such valuable feedback along the way! Now I am going to share some of these with you and showcase their fabulous work!

I was very lucky to have great testers that added lovely photos both during, and when they had finished. Here are some quotes from the group…

I love this pattern. Super easy to follow and looks great😁😍🧶

Finished my shawl in just one day and very very happy. I made this in scheepjes cahlista in shade 5 but I used a size 5 hook. I found the pattern dead easy and love how it worked up, no suggestions from me! Lovely for the summer and I’ll use it as a scarf in winter! Thank you Xx
