I had an idea for this sweet little blanket and it just flew off my hook! Its a simple, repeating pattern with tons of texture. I’ve designed this to be easy to make, it uses the bobble stitch (small raised bumps) and filet crochet (creating small decorative holes) techniques so is perfect if you are a beginner and want to give them a try.
It has seen me through lockdown and became my home schooling blanket- I can do it whilst supervising volcanoes, subtracting fractions and decimals and reading comprehension!
I have enjoyed using this King Cole Beaches yarn in the colourway ‘Beaches and Cream’. Its so soft! If you’d like to buy some take a look at LoveCrafts
You may have read in my earlier post that I was using Facebook groups to communicate with pattern testers and gave you the chance to get involved. My fabulous testers are now finished and they have not disappointed!
