Seaglass Serenade Blanket by Melu Crochet

This advanced beginners pattern is mindful, repetitive, and oh-so relaxing. You’ll find yourself getting a sweet thrill each time the colors change, creating those adorable little waves on your blanket! There are no holes in this blanket, which makes it a great choice for those with little fingers and toes! The bobbles add texture and a tactile element for babies and children.

The blanket is designed with ease of customisation in mind, allowing you to size it up effortlessly. It offers three standard sizes: small (ideal for a baby blanket), medium (perfect for a toddler), and large (a cozy throw for anyone!), with the flexibility to adapt to your desired dimensions.

The pattern comes complete with photo tutorial instructions on how to create the special stitches, making it an enjoyable and rewarding project for all skill levels.

Liz @Daltsandkissescrochet has used 3 x 200g yarn cakes: Emu DK – Funfair – Rollercoaster and Hobbii Horizon in Tropical Sea for her lovely little boy, it works so well in these colours! Liz says, “I went a bit rogue and made a custom sized blanket” I am glad she did: I wanted to make this pattern as flexible as possible! The dimensions of her finished blanket are 67 inch x 27 inch, perfect for snuggling!

I found the pattern clear and easy to follow (as always)

I love this blanket, Dalton keeps asking me ‘are you finished yet’ as he can’t wait to have it 🥰

Satya @khushkreationz made this beautiful blanket using Lion Brand Mandala Colour: Mothra (Size
25 x 33 inches (width x height)) I love how the colours blend with this yarn!

Very simple to understand explanation given on pg 2 regarding how to adjust sizing!

Easy to understand chart as well – like that the rows were different colours and a key was included
