This pattern introduces the third loop half double crochet stitch and includes a step by step photo tutorial for this and the bobble stitch.

This pattern is suitable for advanced beginners and is quick and fun!

The main pattern contains sizes and instructions to make small, medium and large sizes using DK/ light yarns.
At the end of the pattern there are alternative yarn options with sizes and amounts of materials needed including super chunky chenille yarn.

Materials

4mm hook
This pattern uses DK yarn, I suggest:
Yarn A) Hobbii Universe XL in Pollux (34) – 30g (50g) 70g
Yarn B) Kind Feather in Hunter Green (20) 5g
Yarn Needle
Toy filling – 10g (30g) 50g

instructions also given for Hobbii Honey Bunny (Super Chunky chenille yarn 100% Polyester)

and

Hobbii Universe XL held together with Kind Feather (colour changing yarn held together with solid colour)

Tension

15st and 9 rows in hdc to 10cm/4in using 4mm hook or size needed to obtain tension. Pattern will work if tension is not exactly the same but this will affect the size.
